Recording and processing of personal data
The website operator only collects, uses and discloses your personal data if it is permitted to do so by law or if you consent to the collection of data.
Personal data refers to all data that serves to determine your person and which can be traced back to you, such as your name or email address.
You can also visit this website without providing any information about your person. In order to improve our online service, however, we save your access data to this website (without any personal reference to you). This access data includes, for example, the file you requested or the name of your Internet provider. Anonymisation of the data means that conclusions cannot be drawn about your person.
How we handle your contact details
If you contact us as the website operator through the various options available for establishing contact, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and respond to your enquiry. This data is not disclosed to third parties without your consent.
As a user, you have the right to request free information about which personal data we have stored on your person. You also have the right to have incorrect data corrected and restrict the processing or deletion of your personal data. If applicable, you can also exercise your right to data portability. If you assume that your data has been processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
You have the right to have your data deleted if your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to store data (e.g. data retention). We will delete the data we store if it is no longer required for its intended purpose and statutory retention periods do not apply. Data processing is restricted if it cannot be deleted because the data is required for permitted legal purposes. In this case the data is blocked and not processed for other purposes.
